Know your WHY?


Do you ever feel like you're just going through the motions of life? Wake up, go to work, come home, eat, sleep, and repeat. It can be easy to get caught up in the routine of life without understanding the purpose behind it all. This is where knowing your WHY becomes crucial.


Your WHY is the driving force behind

everything you do. It's the reason why you get out of bed in the morning, the reason why you push yourself to be better, and the reason why you keep going when times get tough. Knowing your WHY gives you a sense of purpose, and it keeps you focused on your goals.


When you know your WHY, you can overcome obstacles that might have otherwise derailed you. You have the determination to succeed, even when things seem impossible. Knowing your WHY helps you stay motivated and committed to your vision, no matter what.


So, how do you find your WHY? Here are a few exercises to get you started:

  1. Reflect on your past experiences and accomplishments. What made you feel fulfilled? What gave you a sense of purpose?

  2. Think about your core values. What matters most to you? What do you stand for?

  3. Consider your passions and interests. What brings you joy? What could you do for hours without getting bored?


By taking the time to reflect on these questions, you can begin to uncover your WHY. Once you have a clear understanding of your WHY, write it down and remind yourself of it every day.


Repeat after me: "When I feel like stopping, I will think about WHY I started."


Knowing your WHY will keep you going, even when the going gets tough. So, take the time to uncover your WHY, and let it be your guide as you navigate through life.
