What is Courage?
Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the ability to act despite feeling nervous or afraid.
To act with courage, it's important to have a firm mind and be willing to face extreme difficulty or fear with strength. You must know what is important to you, what you value, and who you are. You must be willing to stand up for what you believe, even in the face of critics.
Fear can be a powerful teacher. When you are faced with fear, the truth of your character is revealed. It's only when you are afraid of something that you truly need courage. So, embrace fear as a teacher and use it to show you who you are, so that you can be even more courageous.
It's important to remember that it's okay to be nervous. You can still act with courage even when you feel afraid. Being nervous is a natural response to challenging situations. It's a sign that you care and that you are invested in the outcome.
So, if you find yourself feeling nervous or afraid, remember that you are allowed to feel this way. You can still act with courage and push through your fears. Use fear as a teacher to learn more about yourself and what is required for self-correction.
