Cancellation Policy
At Coach Dave Life Coaching, we want your experience to be smooth, clear, and empowering from the moment you book. These friendly guidelines help us honor your time, respect our schedule, and make sure every session is meaningful. Booking Appointments: We’re excited to connect with you! To keep things running smoothly: *Sessions can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. *Full payment is collected at the time of booking so your spot is fully reserved. *You’ll receive a confirmation message right away—so you know you’re all set. *If your service requires forms or questionnaires, please complete them before your session so we can focus entirely on you. If you’re running behind, we understand. Just know that arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your session out of respect for the next client. Cancellation Policy: Life happens—we get it. If you need to adjust your session: *Cancellations or reschedules are welcome up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fee. *Changes made within 24 hours are considered “late cancellations” and are billed a percentage of the session rate. *No-call/no-shows are also billed in full. *If you’re dealing with a true emergency, please reach out. We handle those situations with compassion and understanding. Our goal is to create space that serves everyone well—your courtesy helps make that possible. Waitlist Policy: If the time you want is fully booked, don’t worry—there’s still a chance! *Join the waitlist, and we’ll notify you in the order requests are received when a spot opens up. *You’ll get a text or email with the available time and a chance to confirm. *If we don’t hear back within the response window, the spot will be offered to the next person waiting. We’ll always do our best to get you in as soon as we can.
