What is your passion?
Have you ever asked yourself that question? Do you know what drives you to get up every day and do your best? If not, it's time to start exploring your passions and finding your purpose in life.
Passion is defined as a strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something. It's what makes you feel alive and fulfilled. It's what motivates you to pursue your dreams and achieve your goals. Passion goes beyond money, age, opportunities, and situations. It's something that comes from within.
Take Ric Flair as an example. He wrestled his first match at 23 years old. But he wrestled his last match at the age of 73. That's passion! He found something he loved and pursued it with all his heart, even into his golden years.
Imagine if we could all find that kind of passion in our lives.
So, how can you find your passion? Here are a few exercises that might help:
• Explore your interests: Make a list of things that interest you. Don't worry about whether they are practical or not. Just write them down. Once you have your list, start exploring those interests. Read books, take classes, or attend workshops related to those topics.
• Pay attention to what makes you happy: Notice the things that bring you joy and fulfillment. It could be anything from spending time with loved ones to pursuing a hobby. Pay attention to those moments and try to find ways to incorporate more of them into your life.
• Take action: Sometimes, the only way to find your passion is to start trying new things. Take a class, join a club, or volunteer for a cause that interests you. You might discover a new passion that you never knew existed.
Repeat after me: "I am thankful that I am finding my purpose in life." Say it out loud and believe it.
Finding your passion takes time and effort, but it's worth it. Once you find your passion, you'll be amazed at how much more fulfilling your life becomes.
Namaste 🙏,
